How does it work

Access patient information

Patient medical records are scanned at the client’s office and accessed via secure VPN connection. Alternatively, increased adaptation of EMRs/EHRs/PMS by practices has led to aneasierway to access patient records.  User access to the practice management system is all that we would need.

Pre-coding

After the files are downloaded and allocated to the appropriate team, the documents are checked and validated for data such as Place of Service, Physician’s Name and any price modifiers.

Coding

Our certified specialists proficient in CPT, ICD-9/10, and HCPCS coding across various practice models assign codes in line with client defined guidelines and standards.
Quality Assurance

Our coders are consistent and accurate.  All codes are checked by Quality Assuranceto ensure accuracy andcompliance to the coding guidelines.
